How to report drydock period in S-Log Recorder
We would like to also point out there should be at least 1 minute between two reported events to have better data quality. Therefore, please avoid reporting two events at the same timestamp.
2. If a vessel uses shore power during the shipyard period, in the departure report of the Shipyard, the Electrical Shore Connection section should be filled out properly. Kindly see below screenshot with explanations.
3. Upon the Departure event from Dry Dock, while filling out the Departure report, the details of total power work and time under Onshore power supply (OPS) / Alternative Marine Power (AMP), under the respective section to be inserted as per below screenshot.
Here you can even report whether you had any Delays or Emergency times (Begin and End times)
See below for your reference:
In case you had Emergencies or Delays in being provided of Shore Power please see additional options:
Please note that for normal operation only AMP on, Begin Time, End Time, Shore Power work before transformers [kWh], and Total time in port (collected by the OPS daily reports) must be submitted.
